PREVIEW PERIOD NOTICE

These rules apply to KLAVO's FREE-ENTRY contests during the preview period. No entry fee is collected. No payment information is required. KLAVO has not yet completed outside-counsel review of these pages; updated final-form versions will be published before any paid contest opens.

KLAVO Terms of Service — Free-Preview Period

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of klavo.co (the "Site") and KLAVO's skill-based contest services ("Services"). The Site and Services are operated by NorthFork Funding, Inc., a Wyoming corporation doing business as KLAVO. By using the Site or entering a contest, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance and changes

Your use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. KLAVO may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services during the Preview Period

During the Preview Period, KLAVO operates free-entry skill-based contests. No payment is collected for entry. KLAVO does not collect payment information during the Preview Period. Updated Terms will be published before any paid contest opens.

3. Eligibility and account use

Use of KLAVO Services requires you to be (a) at least 18 years old, (b) a resident of the United States, and (c) not a resident of an excluded state listed in the Official Contest Rules. You agree to provide accurate information at entry and not to misrepresent your eligibility. KLAVO may disqualify any entry that violates these Terms or the Official Contest Rules.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) submit multiple entries to a single contest under different identities; (b) use automated tools, scripts, or bots to enter contests; (c) attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site or the contest mechanics; (d) misrepresent your identity or eligibility; (e) use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in disqualification and account termination.

5. Intellectual property

The KLAVO name, logo, and all Site content (other than user-submitted content) are the property of NorthFork Funding, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. KLAVO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. User-submitted content and communications

When you contact KLAVO or submit content (e.g., reply to emails, post in social channels), you grant KLAVO the right to use such content for operational purposes (responding, improving the Service, public testimonials only with explicit consent).

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. KLAVO does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLAVO disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLAVO and NorthFork Funding, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any contest. Total cumulative liability for any matter relating to the Services shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) — a notional amount given the free-entry nature of the Preview Period.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NorthFork Funding, Inc., KLAVO, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, except where prohibited by law. Class actions and consolidated proceedings are waived to the extent permitted.

11. Termination

KLAVO may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at KLAVO's discretion.
