Refund Policy

PREVIEW PERIOD NOTICE

These rules apply to KLAVO's FREE-ENTRY contests during the preview period. No entry fee is collected. No payment information is required. KLAVO has not yet completed outside-counsel review of these pages; updated final-form versions will be published before any paid contest opens.

KLAVO Refund Policy — Free-Preview Period

During KLAVO's Preview Period, contests are FREE to enter. No entry fee is collected. No payment information is required to enter or to win. Accordingly, no refunds are applicable during the Preview Period.

When paid contests begin

Before any paid contest opens, KLAVO will publish an updated Refund Policy describing the terms applicable to paid entries — including any refund eligibility conditions, processing timeline, and dispute resolution process. This page will be updated and reissued before the Preview Period ends.

Prize fulfillment issues

If a prize is damaged in shipping, lost in transit, or otherwise undelivered, the winner should contact support@klavo.co with photos and tracking information. KLAVO will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, ship a replacement at KLAVO's expense.
